Play 7 rounds of 15 minute chess! Cash prizes will be given as a minimum for overall 1st and 2nd, the best adult, and the best U18, U16, U14, U12, U10 and U8 players (players can only win one prize). There will be a 25 minute lunch break after round 3.
Calling all rookie chess players - restricted to players with a rating under 1700 (or no chess rating!). Anyone new to chess or new to playing in chess tournaments will be catered for.
The entry fees are very reasonable, please pay cash on the day. Please register via the website to avoid disappointment, or to check out more details of weekly/monthly chess events.
Registration and entry from 11am, first round starts 11.30am.
