I have been searching and searching the internet and I have failed to find the way by which participants will be chosen for the candidates tournament to determine the challenger in the 2014 world chess championship. I only know from a chess.com article that the winner and runner up of the Grand Prix will be two of the candidates. I assume that the runner up in the 2013 world chess championship will also be a candidate. Will any of the candidates be determined by the world cup? Will any of the candidates be determined by rating? Can anyone help me?
