This is a forum topic concerning more to the portuguese players.It s with much dismal i have been reading in the press the big mess that s going in our federation.Last episode concerns to the portuguese team composition for the chess olympics,some dubious choices were made in the process of selection of players being left behind some of our strongest GM and even our current nº 1, this procedure will increase even more the fragility of our chess and it s image in the outside.In the women team again some dubious choice have been made, some players with higher ELO have been pretered in favour to others.I ll leave a link for all of you those who are concerned on this issue, the page is written in portuguese but for all you that are interested and cannot read in portuguese i will gladly translate.Even though i wish the best luck to all our participants in the chess olympics.
