Information is slowly trickling out. The FIDE site has pictures of what looks like Opening Ceremony activity.

Hope there is enough motivation given only Nana Dzagnidze and Koneru Humpy are in the running for the position of challenger in the next Women's World Championship.

Edit: Opening Ceremony was indoors looks like it was only a little warmer.
