Bxd7 is not checkmate.  Black can answer Kd8.

Rf8 is checkmate! 

Thats one of the mistakes....The other is ovious

actually having 3 bishops or a position like this is COMPLETELY normal....

its the pawns, the white pawns

Rf8#. But there are a lot of things wrong like:

1. with all pawns in their original place, white's bishops and rooks can not be out in the middle.

2. with white's all pawns in tact, there can not be third white bishop on the board.

 So to make this board position possible, at least one white pawn should be missing which could have made way for bishops and rooks to go out and the pawn be promoted for third bishop.

nah u missed nothin g but.. its not a checkmate the king can move behind bishop
