I suspect that any low level (and most mid-level) player would learn something from this. But I am sure that 0% of the people who take this course are going to be able to "win chess every time". Look at it this way - if 2 people take the course, then after the course is complete, those two people are clearly the best in the world, able to win every time. What happens when they play each other? ah. So much for "win every time".
Also the "My dad beat me for years, and I finally learned enough to beat him, and I'll teach it to you" doesn't mean a lot unless his dad has been world champion - in which case I suspect it would be mentioned.
