Department of Education of the Philippines and National Chess Academy conducted a Program called; " Strenghening the Development of Higher OrderThinking Skills and Values Among Children Through Chess " which is the DepEd Chess Training held last May 16 - 17, 2011. This was held at Zamboanga del Norte Convension Center, Dipolog City. The former Dipolog City Vice- Mayor Engineer Edelburgo ( Bebs ) Cheng sponsored the financial and moral Chess Trainig event. The National Chess Academy Professors are Mr. Kim Dumdum and Mr. Dizon. The signaturies of the DepEd Chess Training are Mr. Jessie C. Sanchez who is the Director of Visayas and Mindanao NCA , Dr. Elsa R. Cruz who is the OIC - Asst. Division Superintendent of Zamboanga del Norte DepEd, Honorable ; Rolando E. Yebes who is the Governor of Zamboanga del Norte and also signed by Engr. Edelburgo L. Cheng. About 15 Chess Coaches attended the chess training which includes; J. Los Baños , Reynaldo L. Albaño,  Sinda, Michael Amboang , Rey C. Adaro , Mr. Lear and others . The chess training program lessons which includes the History of chess from India and Persia , also the 64 squares of the chess boards and numbers of pieces either Black or White which the White Player moves first. Movements, castling, capturing, interposing, protection, defense and attacks of chess pieces are also included. Also FIDE Laws which is the Holy Bible of International Chess Federation or FIDE.

We need to study more about the other secrets of Chess.

Only the Chess itself knows the answer of chess...many historians study these mysterious games they remain a theory..may the glorious chess spirit inkindle all minds of the chess enthusiast..
