What exactly did Susan polgar do to get tossed out of the USCF?

basically, her husband hacked an email server (even though he was an employee) and sent specious and egregious emails about someone to someone.  When caught and identified, she filed a lawsuit against the USCF for 10 million dollars, even though both she and her husband were on the USCF board of directors at the time.  push came to shove, and she offered to reduce the lawsuit to $1.00 (one dollar) and an apology from the USCF.   They declined and continued.

    I'm not sure at what point it all wrapped up - whether in court or not, but she and her husband, Paul Truong, were summarily evicted from positions as USCF board directors.
