This was great...saw it previously while researching the greatest player of all time...Gary Kasparov.
...on a side bar, it is not unusual for "behind the scene writers" assisting the famous "book sellers" in compiling a great book...and the public never knows about it...only the publishers...not that I am saying he didn't write it himself...but you never know.

Nearly everyone who writes a respectable book and is not a professional writer either has a ghost writer do the main work, or receives considerable assistance.
