I've got about £50 ($100 or €75) to spend on chess magazines per year to primarily keep up on what is going on in the chess world and review some of the latest GM and tornament games.  Which magazine or magazines do you recommend/rate?

The British Chess Magazine is a comprehensive, long running publication (1881) and well worth the penny:

 Is there a way to purchase the magazine without becoming a member of USCF? I don't really want a regular subscription at this point, just an odd issue every now and then.
