best positional chess book?

hi, i have just decided that i can't survived with only tactics. the reason is because you need a superior positions for tactics..

 

so can anyone recommend me a good novice's book about positional chess? thank you. (also, im a 1300 in USCF ranking(1400 on chess.com) what book should i read)?

Yeah, Stean's good.  Also I would say Pawn Structure Chess by Andrew Soltis.

"Inside the Amateur's Mind" by Jeremy Silman is a must read!
