Where can I find a nice wooden Staunton chess set with weighted men in the San Francisco Bay Area? I don't want to buy it online as I want to see and feel the set. I can't find an address of a good store.
Have you tried Games of Berkeley? It's on Shattuck, about 1 block south of University. It's a great shop if you're into other games at all, but it's worth checking out just for their chess stuff. I picked up a mat and a clock there.
