    I think the mistakes were mine!  Surprised  I ran the lines again today and they worked out.  I think I got lost in the variations when I first tried to play through them.  My apologies to the editor!

    I remember buying that book at the library for .25 cents.  Quite an investment I would say.

    I agree!  But I was referencing the relatively new edition with alphanumeric notation.  I suspect your bargain is in the old descriptive style?

    Yep, I have no problem reading it either.  I believe the book is from 1960, as it was a republication of the original from 1947.  Somehow the library still had it.
