Zukertort
Hi All,
An expanded edition (314 pages) of Zuke 'Em is now available. The mainline chapter has been expanded greatly and now includes the Zukertort-Phoenix Attack.
You can download several excerpts, including the entirety of chapters 1 and 2 at the Zukertort Excerpt Page. Note that chapter 2 includes 3 illustrative games, including Anand getting beaten by the Zuke.

Originally I was skeptical of the Zuke' Em book, but now that I can cross reference it with other books, I've found it's actually quite useful for ideas covering funky move orders. Other books seem to focus only on black playing "professionally" as in playing the early c5 or playing a QID without an early d5. In those other books, there's little or no coverage on strange lines like black playing a mimic structure or a queenside fianchetto with d5. For these cases, I found at least Zuke ' Em provides some ideas and ways to play against black's non-conformity. For that, I have to give kudos.
I still feel the anti-colle lines are better in other books (I prefer the reversed QGA as an answer to Nf6-d5-c5), but that is of course a matter of taste.
