Hi can anyone recommend any good books for beginners please? I have for right now and im looking to collect more. I have Tatics by Yasser Seriawan Strategies by Yasser Seriawan Combinations by Yasser Seriawan and Simple Chess by Michael Stean. Are there any other Good/Classic beginners books out there?
Thanks for your help.
Hello, I hope this may help :)
How about ebooks? (better if Free eBooks :P)
Understanding Chess Tactics by Martin Weteschnik was good.
Simple Chess by Stean is one of my favorite chess books.
Also, Chess Endings: Essential Knowledge by Averbakh is a classic. Like Stean, it's short and easy to read, which is nice.
