Good book for the white side of e6 Sicilian lines.

    I'm a d4 player that's recently switched to 2. Nf3 against everything but 1...d5.

    1. d4 e6 2. Nf3 c5 is a faily common line and I'd like to be prepared to meet it with 3. e4 transposing to an e6 sicilian. Can anyone recommend a good, and hopefully recent, repertoire book that covers this sicilian?

Do you know that there are a lot of systems emerging ftom 2...e6?

Kan, Taimanov, Scheveningen, Four Knights, just to start with. I doubt that the move order 1.d4 e6 2.Nf3 c5 is frequent enough to justify this effort.

    I'd rather go for 3.e3, 3.c4, or 3.g3.

I know it's a lot of work, but as a French player I thought it wouldn't hurt to bolster my understanding of the e6 sicilians anyway. In serious games I'll probably play 3.g3 since that's already a part of my repertoire, but there is still a good chance it will transpose into sicilian lines with e4 at some point.

I'm not looking for a GM repertoire type book, just a general repertoire book that mixes some lines with some explination and a few sample games. I'm just seeking to add some familiarity with these types of positions to the back of my mind somewhere.
