Chess openings (1 hour)-Is there a program that can teach you openings but deeper than 3 moves like 10+moves of a particular opening?If you know tell me please!

Middlegame (1 hour)-from The complete book of chess strategy Jerely Silman

Endgame (1 hour) - from Pandolfinis endgame manual

Analyzing grandmaster games(1 hour)

Playing with opponent rating (1600 Elo(computer))-couse mine is 1400.

What do you think how much can i improve in a month or more?

Well, not just this, you should put in some of your own effort and think of leaving alone these books. I never read a Chess book, what I've learnt is from my experiences in here. The people I talk to, I get to know more tips and stuff from them.
