Yeah, just the same way magnets restore blood circulation, reduce pain, prevent cancer, cure AIDS, etc.

So far we have 2 would not touch it with a 10 foot poll for curing aids, cancer etc and I am sure a lot more. I agree that if it could cure the common cold or warts we would have heard about it a long time ago. But it is very popular in the orient and maybe that is as far as it will go.

On another believe it or not, my brother's wife suffers from cancer an was told she only had 2 years to live. My brother searched the Internet and was convince that low current pluses to her blood could prolong her life. He created his own device using a muscle stimulator as the base unit. Well that was 9 years ago and his wife is still alive. All of the patients from the same doctor being treated in the hospital died after a year or so. Also not long ago her doctor died of cancer. I just talked to her and she told me that the doctors just told her that she does not need to come in for an other check for a year. They asked her what she was doing and they laughed it off after she told them.

Some times people get better in spite of using whacky treatments. It is a statistical certainty.

It's a "scientific fact" that when I play a lot of golf and my "tennis elbow" acts up that the magnets in my magical bracelet gets rid of the pain. - yes my family thinks its just the beer numbing the pain ;)

Seriously though I believe the magnets work for me

Well, thats better perhaps, but I believe them when I see double blind replicated case studies.

I'm glad your sister-in-law is better, but I'm really doubtful the pulses from the muscle stimulator had anything to do with her recovery.  But you didn't mention if she received medical treatment from the hospital, and even without it in rare cases cancer can go into spontaneous remission.

The simple fact is that if this "low current pulse" treatment were in any way effective at treating cancer, then your brother would get a Nobel prize for medicine and would be heralded the world over for finding a previously unknown cure.

The simple fact is that when it comes to medical treatment, there are a lot of hucksters out there promoting woo in order to separate you from your money.  One of the biggest indicators is when they claim that "Big Pharma" is deliberately keeping people sick in order to sell them medicine, or that the quack cure they're peddling has been denounced by the medical community because they can't make any money from it.

I would hope they were low current pulses, if above 1 mA his wife would have lived zero years.

Or even less, depending on the path the current took.

I would have hated to be participate in the experiments to determine how much current is lethal to a human being.

问Hear about snake oil treatments all the time. Negative ions I find hard to believe too, but, I didn't add this in my original post. A few weeks ago my shoulder started to hurt and it was painfully every time I tried to lift my arm. He gave me an eye mask patch they make. I put it on my shoulder and in about an hour I hadpainless movement of my arm. It could because it had run its corse or the ion patch helped. Whatever It was I gratefully. Will I try it again, I sure will and hope like hell it works again.

Probably just holding your shoulder still for an hour helped.
