I have to say it is pretty smart, it knocks the Smart Chess release a bit into touch. I can't seem to try out moves different from those in the book which is a bit of a disappointment, and of course if they could add an engine that would also be most welcome. Still, one of the best non engine chess apps to date

Insanely cool app. Would love talk to the developers about how they managed to get such a great UX with the books. I can't imagine that the images / text / moves (and the ability to select moves/positions inline) was easy.

I have looked at it but I still prefer the look and feel of SmartChess and the ChessViewer App from Everyman is really good as well. Nice to see that the electronic chess book field is opening up with lots of choice though.
