I just bought the Deep Rybka 3 bundle from PlayChess.com... and they just sent me an email and basically said thanks.  So... am I to assume the only way to get the product is via direct mail?  There isn't a downloadable version?

Anyone else have this "archaic" experience?

The e-mail confirming your order should state the day of shipment, the carrier and give you a tracking number.

Just send an e-mail back and ask for this info, at least you will be a step closer to the new world and you can verify it is going to your home not somewhere else.

When I ordered Windows Vista, last year, from Microsoft they sent it to North Carolina and thanks to the tracking number I was able to see this. So I e-mailed back and they sent me a copy.

The email said that it will arrive by parcel post to my address and that no tracking number is available.  I guess I'll just see it when I see it.  Bummer.
