Recommend me a book: Mid-End Game

I'm only ~1750 (at time of writing) but would like to think I have the potential for a lot higher - I think where I suffer most is moving from mid to end game, that is to say after the openings I can often get bogged down in positional play, and mine obviously often isn't good enough to get me into a good position in the end game.

I'm just after some recommendations for good books, don't care how heavy going they are or what have you, I've a good mathematical brain and don't mind some work.

    Thanks :)
