I'm looking for a database that allows search according to rating difference in a .pgn file

ie. : I'd like to locate games where ABS(elo white - elo black) > 200

Which database offers this ? Is there any free database which does ?

Scid at http://scid.sourceforge.net/    has this simple search.

Search header rating differences white -black =200 - 40000 ..

Its funny, i just posted wondering if anyone can compare the merits of chessbase vs scid. I dont see much reviews of chessdatabase software esp free software.

Besides, it works only one way (either white > 200 or black > 200), but I can't have both at the same time (rating difference > 200). Is that correct ?

It works with rating difference so its when the difference in elo between white and black is between 200 and say 4000. 

Then you can save the results to a new database and then export it to a pgn if you wish.
