    DGT 2010 is highly regarded, FIDE approved, and I think its good looking for a chess clock.  Might be a little spendy compared to what you have listed, not sure.

    I have a DGT 960.  It's a neat little clock for the money - not as full-featured as my DGT XL, but that's not really a fair comparison.  One thing that may or may not matter to you is that it doesn't take a 'standard' type of battery, but rather what I would describe as a large coin-shaped "watch-type" battery.  I have no trouble getting replacements - but not from just any corner store.

    I've got no experience with the other two.
