I may not understand your question correctly, but since the shortest CM course I've come across has been 10 lessons, the short answer would be none, at least on a daily basis. On the other hand there is no reason, given enough time and effort, that you couldn't complete all the courses. Silman's 300 lesson course "The roots of positional understanding" is going to take you months to complete though no matter whether you go gold or platinum. I think these recently added benefits to gold and platinum are really designed to convince you to upgrade to diamond, which IMHO is totally worth it.

when i open chess mentor it gives 6 to 7 options at bottom right of the page in which 1 option is VIEW LESSONS and 1 OPTION is VIEW COURSES i just want to know the difference between them?
What Harryz said. In addition, if you're browsing what is available, after you click on "view courses" and find one that is interesting, you can click on it and then view the names for each lesson. I think browsing through and picking what appeals to you is a better option than doing the default Adaptive or sequential mode. The newer courses generally do the best job of explaining the material, but obviously some of the older courses are gems also. Good luck and have fun!

When you go to the upgrade page, it tells you how much is credited to the upgrade. For example, if you are gold, it will tell you how much credit you get from your gold premium towards diamond.
it is mentioned in gold package that you will get 3 lessons of chess mentor/day and 5 lessons in platinum package, i just want to know that how many courses i will get in gold and platinum package because there is a difference between chess mentor lessons and chess mentor courses.
