How is my time on chess mentor accounted for?

apparently I have 10 days for being a premium member, but is this 10 calendar days or 240 hours  because if I log in to chess mentor and then something happens and I have to log out am I out a day? What if I start chess mentor at 11:58pm and play for 5 min. is that 2 days?

I'm cheap, I know.

it used to be 10 days from when you started the membership. now we give you hours that are more flexible instead.

Would that work retroactively? I joined fairly recently and didn't use the mentor too often during the 10 days when I started the membership. It does make a lot more sense for it to be more flexible so the users can determine when they want to focus on the chess mentor. Not to mention give users more time to get accustomed to the site and the mentor itself.

So by hours do you mean 240? and is there any where I can see how many hours I have left?

If you click on LEARN - Chess Mentor it will display how many hours credit you have on the top right of the screen.

it just says the day my subscription ends and it says I'm a monthly subscriber which I'm not.
