Qe6!

    Hello fellow members

    After the bishop checks on d6, Chess Mentor says that ...Be7 loses to Qe6! I'm having trouble understanding why.  After Qe6 then ...Bxd6 or ...Qxd6 appears to be bad for white.

    I would be grateful if someone can help me understand this part of the position!
