When I click on "Next Lesson", Chess Mentor takes me to a lesson in a different series. The only way I can get back to the correct series of lessons is to click on exit chess mentor - Exit (x).

Example: I am doing this series on Basic Checkmates and More. When I completed one of the lessons and clicked on next lesson, I was taken to: Machulsky-Malanyuk, Alma Ata 1989, Silman Teaches Tactics (1), Author(s): IM Jeremy Silman.

Um...I was warped to another dimension. Please help. Thank you.

In your settings page, do you have it set to

Next Lesson - Sequential - Go to the next lesson in order

That solved the problem. Thank you.
