Does anyone know if it is possible to reset the progress information for a specific course? I know this can be done for the whole set of completed/attempted lessons (from the "settings" page), but I have not been able to find the way to do it selectively.

I'm confused, what is this referring too?
I am referring to the fact that, once you have done any course (chess mentor), all the lessons of that course remain marked as "done" for ever. In case you want to do it again, you need to keep manual track of your current position within the course (i.e. to "remember" which lesson you were at, in the new run of the course).
No, unfortunately at this time it is not possible. It is only possible to reset your whole Chess Mentor progress.
