I've paid attention I can't go over the courses I've studied. In other words, since I've completed all chessMentor courses I don't have any choice but to pay for "No courses"

When new courses will be added to Chess Mentor?

That's a really interseting point!

We are adding new Chess Mentor courses each and every month.

As for going through courses and lessons which you have done before - http://www.chess.com/chessmentor/custom_training_session.html

From that link you will be able to create your own customized training.

Actually, you can do them over again. Just go into Settings within Chess Mentor and Reset it. Kinda nice that we can study them as many times as we like.
