I requested and paid for a month of subscription the day before yesterday, which expired immediatly the next day. I assumed something must've gone wrong with the payment or something and requested another month yesterday, which again expired today! Eager to find out the cause I offcourse registered for another month today, and noticed my subscription expires on Mar 30, 2008. I guess that's why every day my subscription expires.

I now don't know if the creditcard payments where successfull, there is no way for me to check this, but if I have paid three times, could you please also grand me three real months of subscription?

I tried to subscribe but for some reason it did not work. So I wrote a message to the staff asking for an address to send my check to but did not receive a response. I think when it is difficult for a potential supporter to send in the money, there is a limit to how persistent you can expect that person to be in begging you to allow them to contribute.

Sothilde, I have checked and I see that two payments have gone through for Chess Mentor. Therefore I have added two months of Chess Mentor access to your account. In the future if you have any problems subscribing you should immediately contact support by using the "Contact" link at the bottom of the page.

The same happened to me. I ordered a month yesterday, and it supposedly ended at somewhere in April 2008. Then it ended today. What kind of bug is that?
