How? Russia produced some of the greatest chess players of all time (Helzeth, or AcivilizedGentleman is an obvious exception), the KG is the worst opening of all time. Russia is the Parham of chess.

Where is the evidence? GM's have been playing this gambit for the past fifty years in high level tournaments with great success.
Fischer got arrogant because he lost to Spassky via KG.
There is no evidence to support KG is busted.
You know, Fischer didn't play the parham, so I don't think he was a good enough player to comment on the KG .
And MSC, the mainline is: 1. e4 e5 2. Qh5 Nc6 3. Bc4 g6 4. Qf3 Nf6 5. Ne2. Black can do many different moves after that, how would you bust that.
