Well, you probably know it's a Vienna game.  The Philidor-ish 2...d6 is unusual, but not unheard of as a response.  You won't see it much because it holds up particularly poorly against 3.f4.  (Mostly, you want the bishop on c5 in KGD type lines, and here, it's blocked in.)

3.Nd5 is just horrible.

Slightly worse than the Bongcloud, with all that tempo wasting.
