    if this is what you like, play d4 Nf6 and meet c4 with c5.  or play 2. ... e6 and only go into the benoni after Nf3 like IM pfren (this is the good way to do it, but you have to learn more theory).

    OK, I've decided to stick with 1.d4 1...d5 for OTB and stick with 1.d4 1...c5 for blitz only. Thanks for your help though.

    4...b6 followed by 5...d5 looks fine.

    2.dxc5 is a bad reason to drop the Benoni.

    This is nothing to worry about. You grab a big share of the center in exchange for the bishop pair.

    Besides, what if they try 3.Nc3 Bxc5 4.Ne4 LOL
