I need an open tactical chess opening to play. Please post any openings that you think leads to an open and tactical game.
Thanks! =)
ChristianSoldier007
There are a lot of those
Can you please name a few?
Open and tactical huh? What is your definition of tactical
Where the game can be full of tactics.
Full of tactics huh? A real dynamic bomb? Hmmmm........I like the Marshell attack and the Evan's gambit, which are sharp ones. The Quiter classicals are nice too, and every once in a while I'll try a center counter or a Queen's gambit, maybe even the ultra comlex and messy semi slav
I'll be sure to look them up.
Thanks!
P.S. Does anyone else have any openings that leads to a tactical and open game?
Oh open too? If you want open then the Scotch and center counter are good ones
Thanks. Found the Evans Gambit. Pretty nice to. Going to see the Scotch to.

KG Kings Gambit and I can vouche for the semi-slav I love it and theres also the tarrasch variation in the QGD.
I'm not a scotch advocate myself, but it is pretty open
Yeah, I agree. Just checked a game up.
Thanks for all the openings people (christian soldier, chessmaster)!
Welcome
What do you mean?
You are welcome for the openings
O also try the Schleman Roussea (I'm so horrible with opening naames I know one of these are spelled wrong)
No problem I love openings.
Same here.

The most open and tactical opening that I know for White is the King's Gambit - it usually gets crazy wild atacking positions. (1.e4 e5 2. f4) Always fun.
I also like the Scotch Gambit for white (1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. d4 exd4 4. Bc4 whatever 5. c3), and the Qd6 variations of the Scandinavian as Black.
