Please view the link above. I really like this game and it's a model game for me to use as prep against someone for a coming tournoment but what I don't understand is what happens if white just takes black's g5 pawn on move 18.

Please help!!!

I'm no expert in this line, but is seems to me that if 18.fxg5 f4 19.Bd2 Ng6 Black's Knight will get a terrific square on e5. Although it looks weird, Black plays g5! to get an e5 outpost in several lines in the Sicilian
