d3 Italian (Giuoco Piano)

Any study groups for this opening? I know Emms wrote a nice book on the topic, but I was wondering if there was already a group studying games that arise from that opening.

I have searched the forums as well as the groups before, but have yet to find a group that plays c3-d3 setup of the Italian; the most I have seen is a single post acknowledging the line's existence with no further discussion in a group that did not seem active.

I play the Italian whenever I face 1. ...e5, although I would really like to learn more about the options of each side, when it's okay to play c3 as white, and any other basic information related to the opening. I started up a few unrated Italian games in hopes of learning a little bit more about the setup as well.

In the past, I have attempted things like the Spanish as well as the Veresov (attempting to sidestep the Russian while transitioning into the c3-d3 Italian setup) vs. 1. ...e5, but most of the time I wing it and try to conquer the center without much of a plan.
