16. Qxc6+ and you win the rook and also take away his ability to castle. So now he's screwed cause your pieces are pretty well developed, and while Black looks dangerous, I actually think his pieces are uncoordinated. He also wasted a ton of tempo with his queen. You can probably draw out his king into the open and checkmate him.
