    1.d4 f5 2. g4?! is known as the Krejcik Attack. There is an excellent little book on the modern version of this: The Anti-Dutch Spike by NM Alan Watson. Makes for interesting chess. Remember the admonition: "Dubious, therefore playable."Wink
