my guess is 2...c6 is the true test of the variation.

I don't what encyclopedic thing you got waite-harrison attack from, but I've never heard of it.

I mean, I've seen it many times from new players who are exited when they learn about what a fork is.  But I'm not so sure it has an official name... they don't usually name crap openings :p
