Good resource on the Moscow Variation of the Sicilian Defense for Black?

Does anyone know a good book, DVD, chessbase, etc. on the Moscow Variation of the Sicilian defense?

    1 e4 c5 2 Nf3 d6 (normal Sicilian up to now) 3 Bb5+

The variation is sometimes confusingly called the "Rossolimo" though that is an entirely different variation where Black plays 2...Nc6 and then White plays Bb5 (without check).

There are a lot of good books on this for White (Palliser's book is probably the best), but I could hardly find anything for playing that variation as Black.

As a final note, I am more interested in a book, etc. that covers the general ideas of the opening rather than one that gives a bunch of variations to memorize.

One of the two DVDs from the "Bad Bishop"  series cover this and the other covers the Rossolimo...

The main point of the moscow is to trade the bishop on b7 for a minor on the d7 at the right time.  I say right time because if they play nd7 you might not want to take immediately unless your provoked with like a6 or something.  Then White sets up a maroczy position wihout the light squared bishop.  This is generally thought to be an inferior version of the maroczy bind with light squared bishops.  I think you should just hedgehog against this and eventually white will try to make progress and open things up and your blacks bishop pair will come to life.  In general if you want to learn how to deal with this as black you should study the maroczy bind and learn about the typical ideas.  Also just look through a bunch of gm games in the database in the moscow and see how they handle the position.

By Hedgehog, you mean this? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hedgehog_(chess)

Looks like a nice DVD, but it looks to be more a White repertoire.  I am looking to play against the Moscow/Rossolimo as Black.
