i was like ooh i ll open up the g file for my rook and then later make a forceful e5!

 

then i came back to the game and was like wtf why can t i move?..

terrible play but he probaly wont play that particular bad mave again so mabee it is quite positive in the lomg run

2 Bg5 is an interesting way of keeping black from developing his knight.  :)  I think 2...h6 would have been good for black though.  :)  Your best reply is probably 3 Bd2 since your queen is not ready to move Qh5#.  :)  It is a nice little fools mate though.  :)

However, if black tries to surround the bishop, white can simply play e3, which will win a pawn, and leave black's queenside a wreck.
