If meant the Qb3 approach against c6, d5, find it highly unlikely black will find anything to be winning. If that somehow true, white can return to c4xd5, followed by Ne5 more standard approach that Karpov used against Kasparov in their matches. Good luck black finding any refutations there...
How to handle the Grunfeld

If you are of the level to bother about finesses deep into the opening, then sit down and do some work of your own- you should not expect everything served on a plate!

Which line did you settle with against the Grunfeld?
I didn't settle with anything. Part of getting better at chess is to be willing to experiment with different stuff.
What line is being talking about now, I thought Avrukh recommended the solid c6 and d5 approach against g3 in his Grunfled book?
In the more dynamic neo-grunfeld with immediate d5, in diagram above, FIDE 2700's are more often playing Nb6, followed by Nc6, rather than c5. This line is recommended by Delchev in "Safest Grunfeld". Think his book has a lot more helpful explanations for club players than the heavy duty Avrukh ones. Avrukh ones very good but probably need to be FIDE 2200+ to get proper benfict from them, or play mostly correspondence chess.
