Which move is considered best for black in this position and why?! I play Nf6 mostly but is a6 better? All you sicilian pros, tell me ;)
I don't play this opening but I've seen both a6 and Nf6 before as white.
Depends on whether you want to stick to Kalashnikov waters or go into a Sveshnikov. But then again, if you wanted to play the Sveshnikov, why didn't you play Nf6 before e5? Playing Nf6 first prevents c4 that is possible against the Kalashnikov.
Only a6 makes sense to me here.
