Especially since theory in this opening has not changed so much in the eons that have passed since the OP hit enter.
I did find reb's post intersting in that this user feels the Nf3 lines still have more venom in them than do the Bc4 variation. I am not sure I agree wholly, but I do think that the Bc4 is easier for Black to play against. If Black is willing to play g5 versus Nf3 and can handle both the psychological and real exposure to his king, I think he is just fine and white has hard time proving equality. But pratically, it is a mine field for Black and if they are 'underbooked', the weeds get real deep, real fast.
I think there are less tricks Black need be prepared for in the Bc4 lines, but on the intermittient occasions I do give it a punt, I find the Bishop Gambit works better for me.
