I'm sure there are many books on the 7.Bg5 system.
My Chess 215 seminar for Chess.com University covered this opening with 7.Nd5!
experts on the sicilian covers it i think.
The Complete Sveshnikov Sicilian by Yuri Yakovich has a 25 page chapter devoted to this line. I think his assessments are fair, but the book is 11 years old and no longer complete in many regards.
