Personally, I wouldn't do that as a Bishop is a rather powerful piece to be throwing away like that simply for a positional advantage.

No maybe a suprise for a blitz game but you dont get enough for the bishop

Too early in the opening for a bishop sac.  The sac doesn't give you anything but a short window for development.  The king quickly goes to safety and white finds himself a bishop down with almost no compensation.

the position gained isn't really even a "gain"  so the king is pulled out a bit...  i don't see any advantage at all.  i hope my opponents do this.

It does not make any sense, black will castle by hand without difficulty. Compare it with cochrane gambit, here u gain 2 pawns for the knight, black cannot castle and white has strong center, which is even more important that bad position of black king. However, even this is rather dubious(at least vs computers), so i can't recommend this bishop sacrifice

I agree with jk00750, it's too early for a sacrifice, you should do 3. Nf3 first if you wanna do that..
