Exactly, which is why whenever d5 is played in response to Nf3, i go d4 to block it from moving, and to open up my bishop. Theni follow up with Nc3 as so:
I do see what you are saying, but i have played 7 games on my 2 days on chess.com so far and used this opening on all of them. I have lost only 2 and won the most recent 5. Also, in response to 2.d2, i have had many people play Nf6, but i have also had many people play exactly to this diagram,and some people play something completely unconventional, such as 2..h3 or something like that, but i think that either Nf6 or d2 in response to 2.d4 is pretty common

2...Nf6 and 2...e6 are equally good...
