You don't - try asking about the SIcilian Dragon instead.
Openings
play a normal sicilian and fianchetto on the kingside. (at the most basic level that's what a dragon is)

Fine then. How do you do the cicilian Dragon then?
The first post in this thread show you how to play the Sicilian Dragon:

It is named Sicilian Dragon, because it lives in Sicily!
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sicily
The name comes from the main opening it is a part of, the Sicilian Defense (1 e4 c5), and a very odd source for the intriguing and catchy name: the Black pawn structure with d6-e7-f7-g6-h7 resembles the undulating form of the Chinese dragon puppets used in many parades and celebrations.
The variation, oddly enough, does tend to fit the mythical dragon: strong, aggressive, deadly, hard to kill. But the name tends to become part of the reputation . . . White still isn't afraid to play, either.
Thank you for the history. (not really..no)
How do do you open with the civilian dragon?
