The diagram  position can be reach through different moves orders but most forcing line is

1.e4 d6 2.d4 Nf6 3.Nc3 e5 4.Nf3 exd4 5.Nxd4 Be7 6.Qf3!?

or 1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 d6 3.d4 exd4 4.Nxd4 (4.Qxd4 is possible but leads to a balanced game according to MCO but against low rated opposition I have great success with this line.) Nf6 5.Nc3 Be7 6.Qf3

The name of this varation is the Antosin Varation its known to be one of hardest line of the Philidor's Defense. The mainpoint is to gain the bishop pair by Nf5 without runing white's pawn structure and White is two moves away from Queenside castling and black is most likely to castle kingside leading to sharp play for both sides. I having trouble finding any games with this being played by strong players but I should expect this since the rarity of the Philidor defense.

I was wondering if Baker's Line is still consider best 6...0-0 7.Nf5 Bxf5 8.Qxf5 Nc6 9.Be3

Bf5 instead of Qf3 gives white a good game

denotes 17 games (when you specify the right moves and click on the key or so ... ), most of them quite new, but rarely with a "great" name in it. But I think, the quality of those games is more than okay :)
