As far as Im concerned , I dint make any moves against the fair play policy , however once upon a time my game got disconnected as I playing while travelling , so the network connectivity came to a halt.
Now after each game, even if I win the match or even if my opponent disconnects the game, I get a message that "I M restricted to play" or "Your play is restricted because you have not followed our Fair Play Policy - which prohibits stalling, abandoning games or frequently aborting. You must now wait 5 minutes between games. This restriction will be lifted automatically after a few days, or after you play several fair games
Please help us otherwise I would stop playing this service.
just play like three games correctly and dont act like a whiney loser.
My advice would be to check if where you're traveling has a good Wi-fi system that you can use to play. If that doesn't help, you could probably ask your questions about Live Chess and your intentions to the Chess.com Help & Support.
Thanks for the replies
..I won several matches after that, even though the same error message is coming after that,,
No you just quit in the middle of a game and leave the other player hanging UNCOOL!!! but boy did you pick the wrong person to do that to.
